About the Journal

JIAL (Journal of Indonesian Adat Law) is a peer reviewed journal published biannual (April and December) by Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Adat (APHA) Indonesia. JIAL published both printed and electronic version (ISSN: 2581 - 0952 | e-ISSN: 2581 - 2092). JIAL is a forum for information and communication in the field of Customary Law that contains scientific research articles and conceptual ideas as well as other studies related to Customary Law especially in customary law (land conflicts), mining, legal comparison in Asia-Africa, and gender. But JIAL also accepts other topics as long as they are still related to the topic of Customary Law.
